Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 02/27/2026. The facility has a certified food protection manager, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus/bodily fluid cleanup. Item that requires additional action: #38- Facility manager agrees to contact district manager to obtain new weather stripping for the front entrance door. They also agree to provide the inspector a photo to prove compliance. Long-term corrective action: #21- Facility manager agrees to ensure additional training is provide to employees to ensure action is taken when food product get low, to ensure action is taken so that the food does not fall below 135 degrees F.
