Facility has several certified food protection managers, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and norovirus/bodily fluid cleanup procedure. Complaint in UNVERIFED. Items that require additional action: #16- Facility agrees to work on additional cleanup for food contact surfaces throughout the store. The health dept. will follow-up on or after 02/12/2026.
