A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 12/16/2025. Each violation was corrected. Item #10- Hand sanitizer used at the front hand sink instead of hand soap. Hand soap was provided to the hand sink and the violation was corrected on site. Item #45- Trays, plates, lids, and bowls presented with their contact surfaces. Trays, plates, lids, and bowls were each inverted and the violation was corrected on site. Discussed with person in charge hand washing, labeling, pest control, cleaning/sanitizing, and storage. No further action is required.
