A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 11/24/2025. Some violations were corrected on site and some violations are in further need of correction. Item #15- Package of cumin that is held in storage open at time of inspection. Guacamole in poor condition in the front prep area. Cumin was covered. Guacamole was disposed of. Violation was corrected on site. Item #43- Ice bucket presented with contact surface. Ice bucket was inverted and the violation was corrected on site. Item #47- Seals for the doors for the front Randell Cooler are in poor condition. Facility will replace the seals. Item #49- Walk in cooler fans with dust and debris present. Facility will clean the fans. Item #51- Back room hand sink is leaking. Facility will repair the sink. Discussed certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, storage, seals, plumbing, food protection, condition of food, and ice machine. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 12/04/2025.
