A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 12/10/2025. Each violation was corrected. Item #6- Personal food stored with items meant for residents. Personal food was moved to the bottom shelf away from residents' food items and the violation was corrected on site. Item #36- One refrigerator and one freezer were each missing thermometers inside each of them. New thermometers were placed inside the refrigerator and the freezer and the violation was corrected on site. Discussed with person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, temperatures, thermometers, labeling, sanitizers, spatulas, cleaning/sanitizing, and floor tiles. No further action is required.
