Routine inspection conducted at the facility on 01/23/2026. The facility has a certified food protection manager, employee illness reporting agreement policy, and a procedure to respond to norovirus/bodily fluids. Items mentioned above were corrected on-site at the time of the inspection. During the time of inspection, a conversation was had with staff, as water backup was observed coming up from the floor drain in the back area near ice machine at the beginning of the inspection. It appeared to be an isolated incident, as staff mentioned that they poured black beans down the prep sink. Staff were able to have all sinks run for several minutes, and backup was not observed during the remaining duration of the inspection. Staff agreed that if the issue is observed again, they would agree to voluntarily close and contact a plumber. Staff mopped and disinfected the area. No additional follow-up needed at this time.
