A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 04/07/2026. Some violations were corrected on site and some violations are in further need of correction. Item #3- Facility does not have an employee health policy or a verifiable manner of their responsibility to notify person in charge of their illness. Employee health form was given to the person in charge and all employees will sign those forms. Item #13- Parlay Butter was being stored at room temperature when the label states to refrigerate after opening. Butter was disposed of and new butter was provided and was kept under refrigeration and the violation was corrected on site. Read labels of food products and if the label states to refrigerate after opening, please refrigerate. Item #15- Raw eggs stored above cooked taco meat in the walk in cooler. Raw eggs were moved to the bottom shelf and the violation was corrected on site. Item #23- Multiple foods in the kitchen prep cooler and in the walk in cooler are unlabeled with their prep dates. Facility will put prep dates on all food products that have been prepared (taco meat, sauces, salsas, etc). Item #33- Refried beans being cooled in a container that is too deep allowing the refried beans to not cool as quickly as possible. Facility will get smaller pans and containers in order to cool food quicker. Item #43- Bowls were used to scoop bulk food items. Bowls were replaced with scoops with handles in the bulk food items and the violation was corrected on site. Discussed with person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, temperatures, cooling procedures, food storage, labeling, and food handling. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 04/17/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 4/17/2026 by Physical Recheck.
