Non-illness complaint inspection conducted today due to a complaint received regarding pest issues. Complaint is verifiable. Two doors to the facility were observed with outer openings that were not protected and a small accumulation of mouse like droppings were observed. Facility has a current contract with a certified pest control operator to service the facility. A routine inspection was also conducted at the time of today's non-illness complaint. Facility has two active Certified Food Protection Managers on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. A physical re- inspection will occur on or after 5/27/26 due to the Memorial Day holiday and facility being closed on Tuesdays to follow up on item #22. All other items will be followed up on at the same time or at a later date of 6/1/2026. Long term corrective action: Item #16: Owner will provide instruction to staff regarding regular, consistent cleaning checks for all food contact surfaces (ice machine, slicer, vegetable dicer, and knife racks). Item #22: Owner agreed to have kitchen staff perform multiple temperature checks on TCS food products in the low-boy refrigeration unit to ensure that products are being held at 41*F or below. Follow-up will be completed on or after 5/30/2026 by Physical Recheck.
