A routine inspection was conducted at the facility on site on 02/11/2026. Some violations were corrected and some violations are in further need of correction. Item #15- Bottoms of containers and plates are in direct contact with food stored below them in the kitchen prep cooler. Plates and containers were moved off of the food and the violation was corrected on site. Item #16- Some cutting boards are in poor condition and are in need of replacement. Also, some dishes that are coming out of the dish machine still contain food debris on them. Facility will replace the cutting boards and will make sure that the dishes are cleaned and scrubbed before putting them thru the dish machine. Item #22- The butter in the front waitstaff area is not refrigerated when sitting outside of the refrigerator. Butter container was sitting in ice but did not come close to covering the entire product. More ice was added to the container that stored butter and the violation was corrected on site. Item #36- Thermometers missing inside of some new coolers in the facility. Facility will provide thermometers inside the new coolers. Item #43- Ice bucket contains cracks and chips. Facility will replace the ice bucket. Item #49- Walk in cooler and walk in freezer fans with dust and debris build up. Condiment cabinet with debris and gunk. Facility will clean and sanitize each area. Item #50- Hot water cycled at several sinks in the facility. Water would get hot at one sink but not another (dump sink, women's restroom). Water got hot then cold on several sinks. Facility will repair the water heater. Discussed with person in charge certified food protection manager certification, employee health, norovirus clean up procedures, labeling, temperatures, storage, plumbing, cleaning/sanitizing, and the dish machine. A recheck inspection will occur on or after 02/23/2026. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/21/2026 by Physical Recheck.
