Routine inspection of Food Service Establishment and Retail Food Establishment done in conjunction with a pre-opening inspection due to the facility operating without an approved license. License Approved. Scope: Facility plans to packaged cold held items, meats, cheeses and breads. Limitations: Not approved for any special processes or time as control. Certified Food Protection Manager logged at inspection. Firm has been made aware of basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operations. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulation, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code. 57. Fees were paid prior to inspection.
