Routine inspection conducted with Preopening inspection of Food Service Establishment operating without a license. License Approved. Scope: Facility is operating a coffee shop with hot brewed coffee and tea, baked goods for sale directly to consumer. Limitations: Not approved for any special processes or time as control. No cooking from raw or cooling approved. Certified Food Protection Manager logged at inspection. Firm has been made aware of basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operations. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulation, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code. 57.
