Pre-opening inspection conducted in conjunction with a routine due to a change in ownership. Food service establishment license is APPROVED. SCOPE OF BUSINESS: Firm will continue to operate as a hotel with food service. This includes a daily breakfast buffet, full bar/lounge with a la carte menu offerings and on property banquets. Bar service includes beer, wine and liquor. Food offerings include such items as breakfast, appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Establishment appears to be equipped to cook, hot/cold hold and re-heat food items. Firm has a large seating area in the center of the hotel for breakfast and multiple banquet rooms for events. LIMITATIONS: Person in charge agrees to contact the inspector prior to any major changes in scope of business, menu offerings or remodel of the facility.
