This area is newly constructed and contains cooking equipment under a hood with a dedicated hand wash sink on the west side of the hood area approximately 3 feet away; approved for use. 10. Hand wash signage will be verified at recheck. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/15/2026 by Physical Recheck.
