Items to review for the follow-up physical recheck: Item #16: Repeat violation from the last three routine inspection(s) conducted on 12-18-23, 11-8-24 and 9-24-25. For long term corrective action the person in charge stated management would inspect/verify cleaning measures are taking place at an increased frequency. Furthermore, the firm would contact they third party responsible for cleaning these units to discuss future effective cleaning methods and frequency. Item #38: Repeat violation - Discussed with the firm best practices regarding reducing or eliminating the presence of what appeared to be active fruit flies. This may include, but is not limited to the following: increased third party pest provider treatment/services, increased cleaning frequency in the identified spaces (floors, drains, soda gun holsters, food contact and non-food contact surfaces), increased management oversight to monitor/verify effective cleaning measures, removing items unnecessary to the operation stored directly on the floor (to allow easy cleaning access and not create potential pest harborage conditions). Item #49: Person in charge stated they would clean and sanitize the indicated fans and top shelf of the expo line. Item #55: Person in charge stated they would clean the soda gun holsters at an increased frequency and remove liter/waste from the premises at an increased frequency, so they don't become an attractant for pests.
