Pre Opening inspection conducted on a Food Service Establishment License application at kitchen spaces shared kitchen. License Approved. Scope: Facility plans to cook from raw for hot hold and immediate service. Limitations: Not approved for any special processes or time as control. Certified Food Protection Manager is required by 4/6/2027. Firm has been made aware of basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operations. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulation, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
