This inspector and the person in charge discussed proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing the ice machine, including methods to verify that the upper interior surfaces are clean and properly sanitized. A Letter of Correction was issued, and applicable guidance documents were reviewed. The manager agreed to provide photographs upon completion. Follow-up will be completed on or after 8/6/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
