Discussions with the person in charge: Item #16: Repeat violation - For long term corrective action the person in charge staff would be re-trained on effective cleaning of the identified equipment (soda guns in the bar and the table mounted can opener in the kitchen). Furthermore, cleaning frequency of the equipment would be increased and verification of effective would result in additional audits/checks by the management team.
