This was a Routine inspection conducted as a result of a non-illness complaint received by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals & Licensing. Manager states small fire occurred in fryer while oil was being filtered. Fire suppression system did not deploy. Handheld fire extinguisher was used. Manger states full clean and sanitization occurred in and around affected area. Complaint is verified.
