Routine inspection conducted with Illness Complaint after allegation of symptoms. Manager stated they had received a complaint that was similar with same food items identified and had completed a food safety check of food items discussed with customer. No staff reported with symptoms, cooler, power or water disruptions within two weeks. Complaint Closed Unverifiable. To gain long term compliance facility will post written plan in staff area, ensure labeling and hold a staff training to refresh the knowledge of this process. Follow-up will be completed on or after 4/30/2026 by Physical Recheck.
