Preopening Inspection for Food Service Establishment at Moxie Shared Kitchen. License Approved. Scope: Facility plans to prepare food for service under a temporary license at events. Meats cooked from raw, eggrolls and vegetable cutting. Limitations: Not approved for any special processes or time as control. Certified Food Protection Manager is required by 2/6/2027. Firm has been made aware of basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operations. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulation, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
