Routine inspection conducted in conjunction with Non Illness Inspection after complaint alleging unstocked or unsanitary restroom and issue with take out food. Facility was not aware of complaint. Complaint Closed Unverifiable. 6., 10., 23., 28. To gain long term compliance on repeat violations out facility agrees to conduct a training involving all staff to inform of the requirements. 16.Cleaning and sanitation of ice machine will be verified at recheck and for long term corrective action facility will inform inspector on a plan for regular cleaning. Follow-up will be completed on or after 3/23/2026 by Physical Recheck.
