Food Service Establishment Final Pre-Opening Inspection Conducted on 04/06/2026. LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of Business: Establishment intends to operate as a bar/grill and offer pizzas, various burgers, sandwiches, pasta, and other full service dishes. Establishment is equipped to cook, cool, reheat, hot/cold hold. Extensive changes to the menu require prior approval by the Scott County Health Department. Limitations: Facility is limited to offering menu items that are not a specialized process that require a HACCP plan and/or Variance. Discussed the use/maintenance of the two hand washing sinks in the facility. The kitchen space is small, and if the hand sink in the kitchen is blocked/inaccessible, then layout changes and/or removing equipment may be required. If staff are observed using the hand sink at the bar as a dump sink, then installation of a dump sink may be required. Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM): Back of house manager has their CFPM. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code. The facility is approved by the Scott County Health Department to begin operation, so long as the facility meets all plumbing, building, and electrical requirements from the City of Eldridge. Follow-up will be completed on or after 4/16/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
