MOBILE PREOPENING Mobile unit license is approved. SCOPE OF BUSINESS: Class IV unit. Commissary is Destination Grille in Grimes. Unit has 2 coolers, 1 freezer, fryers, griddle, and range. Mobile will have a full menu. LIMITATIONS: must return to home base at a minimum of every 3 days Food grade hose shall be used for potable water --- Mobile unit operators have been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their unit and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent onsite inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
