A routine inspection was conducted on 9/23/26. Discussed cooking, cooling, and reheating processes with staff for gyro meat from gyro cone. Reviewed requirements around using farm fresh eggs in licensed food service establishment. Reviewed manual ware washing with staff to perform since mechanical dish machine is out of service until repairs are complete. A follow-up is required via physical re-check. Follow-up will be completed on or after 9/26/2026 by Physical Recheck.
