A routine inspection was conducted on 2/2/26. General Manager was on site during inspection. Establishment prepares homemade chai tea by heating spices and then cooling for use in barista area. Discussed with general manager cooling requirements and best practices. Guidance documents were distributed for cooling requirements and employee illness reporting. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/12/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
