A routine inspection was conducted on 1/28/26. Person in charge is able to example excludable symptoms from work and stated that manager would send full policy to inspector. Reviewed procedure for cooling items leftover at the end of the night, person in charge stated that there are very few items leftover at the end of the night. A follow-up is required via letter of correction. Follow-up will be completed on or after 2/7/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
