This was a Routine inspection conducted as a result of non-illness complaints received by the Iowa Department of Inspections and Appeals & Licensing. Some complaints are verified, some complaints are unverifiable. Establishment has remodeled bar area. Inspector discussed food/beverage prep limitations in an area with an open ceiling. Owner states their business is now mostly catering instead of on-site consumption and that on-site consumption menu will be scaled back. Owner states they do not hot hold many food items and most items are cooked/re-heated to order. Bar walk-in cooler is now only used for dry storage. One prep table cooler is currently not in good repair and not used.
