A Pre-open inspection was conducted on 7/31/26. LICENSE IS APPROVED. Scope of business: Establishment intends to offer lunch and dinner offerings, hamburgers, fish, assorted ice cream treats and assorted fried sides such as fries and onion rings. Limitations: Cooling is limited to 8- prep- coolers with 1-walk in cooler. 2- prep freezers and 1 walk in freezer. Certified Food Protection Manager: Pre-open inspection . Facility has a CFPM on staff. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the timeframe specified in the Iowa Food Code.
