--observation: There was no temperature recording device for high temp ware washing machine at time of the inspection. Discussed with the manager and he agreed to place order of device recording internal temperature use for a high temp machine.

--Observation: High temperature ware washing was not able to reach up 160*F. Corrected by: using 3 compartment sinks to make sure dishes and utensils are sanitized. He made an order for fix the high dish machine on site.
