Today's visit was a routine inspection was conducted. Reviewed with manager on process for reheating for hot holding of soup and meatballs. Addressed to the person in charge on Temperature control safety method on cold holding food product items after prepping them that they have to be placed in the walk-in cooler. Certified Food Protection Manager has been updated.
