This was a routine inspection of this commissary kitchen where the area is used for the prepping to the other restaurants locations. Discussed with the owner of the store over the phone that the dish machine was no delivering sanitizer as required. The 3-compartment sink was highlighted to be accessible for cleaning trays and utensils use in the kitchen. Discussed why important using two sanitizer buckets, instead of using one large white big plastic container to separate sanitizer bucket for vegetable & baking bread with prep chicken. A physical recheck it will be done within two weeks on December 14th to verify the item#16 has been corrected. Follow-up will be completed on or after 12/6/2025 by Physical Recheck.
