A routine inspection was conducted on 9/16/26. Owner on site during inspection. Discussed proper cooling methods with owner and reviewed process for reheating items that are held in the steam table. Owner stated that they plan to conduct a kitchen remodel during November of 2026; with new floors and equipment. Owner will reach out for inspection once construction is complete. No follow-up required.
