A routine inspection was conducted on 8/20/26. Team Leader on site during inspection. Team leader was able to show logs that condiment cooler was at 35F when last checked at 4:00am. Work order has been placed for cooling unit and tomatoes have been removed until cooler is fixed. A follow-up is required via letter of correction.
