A pre-opening inspection was conducted on 8/31/26 for an expansion of menu. Scope of Business: Made to order coffee shop that has added breakfast sandwiches, mini pancakes, and acai bowls. Limitations: Establishment is limited to one low-boy cooler with another cooler to be added. Cooking is limited to toaster oven and microwave Certified Food Protection Manager: Pre-opening inspection. Owner will obtain Certified Food Protection Manager no later than 1/29/27. Firm has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person In Charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
