Routine inspection done in conjunction with an illness complaint received from the public. Complainant claims they became ill after eating the big roast beef combo with curly fries and a diet Coke. Discussed the complaint with the person in charge but they have not received any complaints that they are aware of. Person in charge denies any recent staff turnover or issues with equipment, food vendors, pest problems and no employees have been ill over the time period in question. Facility shared their employee health reporting agreement and bodily fluid clean up procedure with the inspector. Cooking and holding temperatures met food code requirements during the inspection. There was adequate hand washing and glove use and no bare hand contact with ready to eat food was observed during the inspection. Discussed condensate from equipment is a source of contamination. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable.
