Routine inspection done in conjunction with a non-illness complaint received from the public regarding pest control issues. Discussed the complaint with the person in charge and they are unaware of the complaint. Facility works with three separate pest control companies that come on separate weekly schedules and the facility performs deep cleaning of the facility at the end of each shift. No signs of pest activity were seen during the inspection. This complaint will be closed and marked unverifiable. The kitchen reach-in fridges were observed operating above 41*F during today's inspection and are not to be used to store temperature controlled food items until they are capable of maintaining at least 41*F or lower. Facility is still equipped with a working reach-in fridge, prep table cooler and two chest freezers. Facility has service calls in for the kitchen reach-in fridges. Discussed adding the consumer advisory statement from the facility dinner menu to the lunch menu or just using the dinner menu until the lunch menu can be updated. Long term corrective actions for repeat violations: #6: Facility will retrain staff on proper eating and drinking procedures. #10: Facility will retrain staff on proper hand wash sink operation. A physical recheck will be scheduled no later than 5/15/2026 to verify the repair of the kitchen reach-in fridges.
