Conducted routine inspection of establishment today. Establishment is a summer camp facility that runs for 8 weeks out of the year from mid June to mid August. The summer camp enrolls approximately 100-150 campers per week and provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals. The facility contracts with UpperCrust to prepare and serve meals on site to the campers. UpperCrust will employee two Certified Food Protection Managers and several Certified Food Handlers to operate the kitchen. Facility has an active Certified Food Protection Manager on site, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. No violations observed. No further action is required at this time. Facility is approved to open for summer camp service.
