This is a Routine Inspection for The Soggy Frog on Saylorville Lake in Polk City, Iowa. The facility has a reefer truck (cooler/Freezer Truck) that they have onsite. Discussion with Management: 38: Talked with the manager about the requirements for pets on patios. - This was not a violation due to no pets being on the patio. The information was provided as education documentation. Follow-up will be completed on or after 6/1/2026 by Physical Recheck.
