A Routine Inspection was conducted on 6/12/26. Imperial has contracts with several licensed food vendors who come in and vend food on site during regular days each week. All food vendors have licensed brick and mortar locations and bring in fully prepared food items to the facility. Food items are hot held in the service area for a timeframe of less than 3 hours for breakfast (630am-900am), lunch (10:30am-1:00pm), and dinner service (530-730pm). All plates, utensils, etc. are single use. No ware washing activities occur on site. Service area has a steam table and hot holding unit available. A walk-in refrigerator and an ice machine are also available in the back old kitchen area for use if a vendor requires this equipment during service. There are several storage racks provided in the back old kitchen area where staff can store non-perishable items like buns, rolls, tortilla shells, condiments, and single service items. The shelves are labeled with each vendors name to keep items separated from one another. No violations at this time. No further action is required at this time.
