Routine inspection ±Item #57: The person in charge agreed to renew the establishment¶s food license within five business days. The person in charge was advised that the establishment¶s food license is currently within the 60-day delinquency period and is therefore subject to the standard late fee rather than a double penalty fee. The person in charge was instructed to contact the Department¶s Licensing Office to determine the exact amount due and obtain specific instructions for processing the renewal and payment of applicable fees.
