A routine inspection was conducted on 8/20/26. Reviewed glove use and hand washing with staff; disposable gloves are available. Reviewed mixing sanitizer and using test strips to measure to 200ppm of quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Guidance documents were distributed for employee illness reporting and vomit/diarrheal clean-up. A follow-up will be conducted via physical re-check. Follow-up will be completed on or after 8/30/2026 by Physical Recheck.
