Published report comment
Routine inspection due to an illness and a non-illness complaint received. Both complaints are unverifiable. Corrective actions and long term compliance were discussed with manager regarding handwashing (report item #8), handsinks (report item #10), and cold holding (report item #22). Discussions: - proper utensil storage between use includes leaving utensil in the food item, on a clean surface, in hot water (above 135*F), or in cold water (below 41*F), or under running water (such as a dipper well) - adequate separation of raw animal foods while in storage - time as food safety control is no longer used on salad bar; manager states foods are checked approx every 20 minutes Follow-up will be completed on or after 5/21/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.
