Conducted facility's first routine inspection following their pre-opening inspection. Facility has several active Certified Food Protection Managers on staff, an Employee Reporting Agreement Policy in place, and a written, established procedure available for responding to the clean-up of bodily fluids. Facility will send proof of correction for item #28 by 9/17/26 and item #48 by 9/24/26 to inspector at: tara.marriott@scottcountyiowa.com. Follow-up will be completed on or after 9/17/2026 by Follow Up-Letter of Correction.

Observation: Quaternary ammonium sanitizing solution is dispensing at a concentration of 500ppm, which is too high for effective sanitizing. Facility plans to contact their chemical representative to have their wall mounted system recalibrated. Staff are able to dilute their sanitizing solution with water and test with their test kit during the interim period.
