A pre-opening inspection conducted in conjunction with a routine inspection for Bamboo House located in West Des Moines, IA. LICENSE APPROVED. Scope: Facility intends to offer made to order Asian cuisine dishes such as teriyaki, Vietnamese, noodles and fried rice. Facility will offer a variety of Asian sides like eggrolls and dumplings. Certified Food Protection Manager(CFPM): Certificate was uploaded at time of inspection. Limitations: Changes to scope of menu requires preapproval from the regulatory authority. Facility has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent onsite inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
