Verified a current Certified Food Protection Manager is on staff. Report item #1. No person in charge was available when inspector arrived at facility. Employee had to call General Manager to come in to walk with inspector. Manager agrees to have a person in charge that can fulfill responsibilities and duties when General Manager is not present. Report item #10. Manager agrees to train staff to use hand wash sinks for hand washing only and to properly stock hand sinks with soap and towels. Report item #28. Manager agrees to train staff to properly store chemicals away from food and food contact surfaces. Report item #. During inspection the reach in cooler door in the bar area was not closing properly (held shut with a hammer) and is leaking standing water on the floor in bar area. Establishment agrees to have door repaired or replaced.
