Inspection conducted on mobile unit that has home base at the Chick Fil A on University Ave., West Des Moines. An additional Licensed mobile unit (trailer) is used to transport frozen foods such as fries, a cooler with bottled beverages, a cooler with prepackaged salads and single use items. The trailer travels with the main unit. Manager stated that no food is served from that unit, but does have a temporary handwash station. Orders are taken and then the food is prepared and delivered from the enclosed truck.
