Routine inspection conducted in reference to an illness complaint. Manager was not aware of the complaint. Manager stated that there have been no ill employees report to work in the specified time frame. Manager stated that there have been no equipment issues or interruption of water or electricity in the previous two weeks. Establishment has an employee health policy in place as well as written norovirus clean up procedures. Verified a current Certified Food Protection Manager is on staff and updated into system. Complaint closed and unverifiable.
