A pre-open inspection has been conducted in conjunction with a routine inspection for Paula's Cafe in West Des Moines, Iowa. Scope: Facility plans to offer a variety of Made Rights, chicken tenders, hot dogs, tenderloins, with a variety of hot and cold sides and soups. Certified Food Protection Manager:(CFPM) Available at inspection. Limitations: Changes to scope of business requires preapproval from the regulatory authority. Establishment has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Food Code.
