Routine inspection conducted in reference to an illness complaint. Manager was not aware of the complaint. Manager stated that there has been no equipment issues over the previous two weeks. Manager stated that the facility has not experienced any disruption in electricity or water in the specified time frame. Establishment has an employee health policy in place and Manager stated that there have been no employees report to work ill in the previous two weeks. Manager also stated that there have been no equipment issues that would compromise food safety over the previous two weeks. Complaint is closed and unverifiable.
