Food service establishment pre opening inspection conducted for St Kilda located in West Des Moines, IA. Food Service Establishment License is approved. Scope of business: Facility plans to prepare steaks, pastas, seafood, sandwiches, and a variety of baked goods. Limitations: Owner agrees and understands that any changes to the menu are to be submitted to the inspector for approval. Certified food protection manager (CFPM): Uploaded at time of inspection. Facility has been made aware of the basic food code requirements applicable to their establishment and current operation. Person in charge understands the responsibility of the permit holder to comply with those requirements. If a subsequent on-site inspection reveals non-compliance with regulations, the permit holder agrees to bring violations into full compliance within the time-frame specified in the Iowa Food Code.
